Birthday Card

Happy Sunday all! I know i'm pushing it by creating this a little late but I wanted to create this card to enter into the Celebrate the Occassion Challenge #30

For this card I used background paper from  Recollections "Night and Fall"
Also Same with the present boxes.. For the ribbons I just added some glitter to the top to make it sparkle and shine and then I used a touch of ribbon to make it look wrapped.
For the Sentiment I used a plain brown background and punched it with my EK punch and then used a white overlay on it and used some distressed ink to it and stamped it with "Its your birthday!" and
For an extra special touch I added a flower

Enjoy! <3 Til Next time!!

More Halloween!

Hello all! I am really into making Halloween cards right now yay! I am planning on sending my cards out to people this year especially the little ones in my family.. But here is my newest creation that I am somewhat proud of.. I really enjoyed making this card because I used one of my new punches :)
I hope you all enjoy !
For this card I started out with a simple orange background. Then I added another layer from my papers "Night and Fall" from Recollections..  Then I used the Lace Hole punch from McGill and laced in some black ribbon. I also added some tiny bat punches along the bottom and some orange and purple rhinestones to the top corner.
I will be entering this card into the Getting Cricky Simply Sunday Challenge "Halloween"

Happy Halloween!!

I am entering this card into the Getting Cricky Simply Sunday Challenge "Halloween"..
For this card I used paper from K&Company's Designer Mat Pad (Halloween edition).
I cut the spider from Doodlecharms and I dont remember what I used to cut the words out..
I also Added some glitter to my big spider to make it sparkle and some googly eyes to make it fun... Then I have a tiny spider paper punch that I cut one out and used as a template and placed some inked spiders along the web. And last but not least I used some black pearls at the top and bottom. Happy Saturday Everyone!!!  I finally get to see some sunlight today since this week has been very dreary and rainy here! Although I wanted to post this card to enter it into a challenge :)
"You Are Loved <3"
For this card I wanted to make a card for my mom because she just became a Grandmother this month! So what better than to make her a card and I even get to enter it into a challenge! For this card I used the paper from DCWV "The Mariposa Matstack" , Then I added a ribbon to it and then I antiqued a tag and stamped it with the K Andrews "Amazing You" stamp set.
I am entering this card into:

Its Your Birthday

I created this card for Celebrate The Occasion
The sketch was a great base for me to use!
So I used Martha Stewart paper for the bottom .. its a glossy paper..Then the top part came from colorbok. Then I placed a piece of pink ribbon between them and put some cute pearls to add a little flare.. Then the butterfly was cut from Wall Decor and More with the Martha Stewart Paper then I put some blue rhinestones down the body to make it sparkle a little more. The flower is a K&Company Stickon and I just little square to add the sentiment with some more pearls of course! Enjoy!

You Are Beautiful

I enjoyed making this card...But I really had to dig through my paper selection to find the right paper for this... But all in all I do believe it turned out well! I am entering this card in the
and
I am also entering this card into the Made It Myself Mondays challenge at You Had Me at Craft.

For this card I used a background that I got at AC Moore in the single paper section..
I used the cartridge Wall Decor and More for the butterfly. I also put some pearl accents on the center of the butterfly to kinda give it a little pop, and the sentiment came from the K Andrews Stamp Collection Amazing You.

Until Next time! <3

Its been a bit...

Its been a while since I posteda card and I apologize. But I have a few cards to post! :)

The first one is another baby card but this one is for a baby girl. Not sure how i feel about this one yet.. but I will let you decide. The baby and gifts were both cut from New Arrival... I used a glitter background from a package of Martha Stewart paper that I got at Michaels and just added a pearl to her little bow and some rolly eyes and a little glitter to the ribbon on the gifts..

This one is a thank you card that I made with Fall in mind.  My favorite season of them all! I cut the thanks from Cuttin' Up and the tree from Wall Decor and More. The paper was a paper that I got at Ac Moore  ..I just loved the the gold foil leaves for the background..
I made this "just because" card to send to Operation Write Home. This was a double sided paper that I got at AC Moore (of course!) and cut it to size then in half to flip over one side so i could have a double pattern card. I also added a cute little green butterfly to add a small pop of color...

A few little things

Sorry I know its been a while since I posted a project but with the baby shower planning and stuff its been very hectic! It's now over so I can get back to making some more projects to post :) !
This project is one that I absolutely love to do! Its a hand dipped scented wax dipped bear. I love to make these since you can take a simple bear and for one make it smell to good then you have the option to fluff it up as much as you want. In back of the bear is another little project I was making to give as gifts at christmas time. Its just a small little glass bowl that I got at AC Moore (my favorite craft store ever) and I put floral foam in the center of it with hot glue and stuffed peppermint candies around it until it was full and completely hid the floral foam. Then I took some christmas floral picks and placed in the top to make an arrangement and wove in the 20 count lights and put a ribbon around the rim of the bowl and it makes a wonderful little christmas light.

I made this birthday card for one of my friend's daughters and she really loved it! I used just a simple background and cut a cake out with the #'s 1 and 0 and used the 0 to make a shaker with her name in the center. I made it really so she could have a double use for it since I got her a bracelet making kit and inside the 0 there are beads that she could use for her bracelets if she wanted.

I will post more cards in the next few days. Its a rainy day here and it seems like the perfect day to just kick back and make some projects. Enjoy and have a wonderful afternoon everyone!

Another Simple card from here..
I just cut a simple lady bug out and then added some ribbon and a glittery brad. I really like the way this card came out. Kinda reminds me of watermelon colors :)
Until Later! Enjoy <3

Rubber Ducky

I decided to make a baby card to see how it would turn out.. I think it turned out ok :)  I used a blue saphire brad for the eye on the ducky and a pop dot to make him stand out a little from the card.
