I am really excited to show you this card I made because I am super happy with the way it turned out!
I must tell you first that It was not at all my idea because I was inspired to make this card from :
For this one I used papers from my collections (sorry I have a lot of my books torn apart and sorted)
Most of my papers are from The paper Studio, DCWV and My Minds Eye
The Flower cuts were from Mothers Day Flower cart on the cricut
and the Flower pot was from the Freshly Picked cartridge
I used some pink twine around the edge of the pot, and some Tim Holtz ink to distress the flowers, card and pot.
The buttons I got at Walmart because I thought they were super cute!
The sentiment came from K Andrew Designs
"All in the Family" & "Owly Hoo Sentiments"
The cool part of this card is that the top which is the flowers and the sentiment piece actually slides into the flower pot which is put together to have a pocket that opens at the top.
Now for the other one I made for a more Mothers Day Feel:
For this card I used papers both from my collection and also from
single sheets that I bought here and there
The Flower cuts were from Mothers Day Flower cart on the cricut
and the Flower pot was from the Freshly Picked cartridge
The buttons I had in my stash and used some pink blue and green twine to add flare to the centers
I used some rik rak to the edge of the flower pot
Tim Holtz ink to give it deffinition around the edges and
the sentiment came from K Andrew Designs "Its Valentines"
