Better Late than Never :)

Hello All... I hope everyone's Christmas was a wonderful one full of family and friends! I know i've been MIA for a few weeks but I just wanted to post a project that I made for a gift that was given out on Christmas... And i've been anxoius to get back to crafting because I got myself the Cricut Expression this week and I know that there are a lot more projects that I can do on it versus my little Cricut machine :) That and I am now a proud owner of a Gypsy !! Yay!!! I've been taking it to work with me and working on things at work here and there too haha!! Now onto my little project!!

For this project my SIL and Brother needed a gift card holder to give to my other Brother and didnt realize that they needed on until Christmas Eve... So Luckily I have a wonderful set of Stamps that I got from K Andrew Designs  and some very cute paper I quickly got the situation under control :)

For this I used some red snowflake paper as the envelope part;
Then I cut a circle using my Martha Stewart circle cutter
In the center I used a cute little penguin sticker that I found at Michaels (i couldnt resist them they were so cute in the package it was like they were calling my name to buy them), For the sentiment I used the "Winter Wishes" stamp set from K Andrew Designs
Then i used some Tim Holtz green ink around the edges to give it a little color since it was just white. Then I tied a piece of ribbon around it and there it is :)

Here is a preview of the AWESOME stamp set that I used to make this card:

If you havent checked out her stamp sets yet, you should really think about it because they stamp so nicely , clean nicely and the stamp sets are all mix and match and there are so many great sets that once you get one...you cant get enough of them! Plus Kristal donates a portion of each stamp set sale to a charity. Each stamp set goes to a different charity! How great is that?!

Until next time <3

Thankful For

For this Sunday's Simply Sunday Challenge over at Getting Cricky the theme is "Give Thanks"... For my project I am going to show you one of many things I am extremly thankful for! Three Days Before my birthday my Handsome nephew was born! I am so thankful that he is soo cute and healthy! He is surely growing super fast but I enjoy being his Aunt a ton!!

For this I used a simple Orange Cardstock background,
Put his picture on the cardstock and
Punched a hole with my Martha Stewart Window punch,
Placed it on top, Added some black velvety paper and white on top of that then used a sentiment from the K Andrews Collection "Winter Wishes" (I LOVE THIS SET!!)
Then I added some black brads to the corners and them some yellow ribbon and some red glittle glue around the edges of the black for a little bling and
There we have it :)
Its Simple yes i know but I am pretty pleased with the finished product :)

Here is a preview of the one I used :)

Black.. Orange ..

I know i'm posting these Halloween Cards a tad bit late but I am entering them into the Getting Cricky Simply Sunday Challenge - Black, Orange and One other color.

These cards I will just save until I need them next year :) But who can ever save up enough cards to send out?! I'll stockpile them until I have no more room haha! Well Onto my cards

For my first card I used paper from Recollections called Midnight Magic. Then i used some orange ribbons and added  the 3d Happy Halloween and Spider from I do believe K&Co (i do know for sure i got them at Michaels)

For My second Card I Used the paper from the Recollections paper pack Midnight magic again .. I really like the papers they had in this pack! They are so fun and they are so sparkly!
Then I cut out a monster from my Mini Monster cartridge and added a googly eye to him and then added a 3d Trick or Treat sign on it ...
I may change my little monster later on down the road though beause i kinda think he may need to be a little less plain.. but that i'll have to ponder for a while :)

Well Its cold and snowy here in PA so I figured why not craft on a cold day while watching it snow :)
I made this little mini recipe box using a pattern i got off of splitcoast and I LOVE making these! They are cute and so fun!  For this box I just used the pattern and then decorated it with an oven mit that I used the Lite Cartridge "Savory" For... Then added some ribbon and a button and a little tag at the bottom and then some tabbed seperators  and I cut down some index cards to add recipes on and there it is

Halloween Treat Holders

Hello All! Its almost Halloween time!!!  Lately I have been cooking instead of crafting but I'm working on getting more crafting done :)  But I did manage to get a couple of Treat holders done for the  Simply Sunday Challenge- Halloween Treat Holders ! I did notice that there are TONS of great projects already entered and Great Job Everyone! They are wonderful!
Well Onto my projects :)

These 2 Bags are Headstone treat bags I just used small black bags that I got at AC Moore  and cut a headstone topper out on the top and then I wrote R.I.P. and Stamped Spooky on them and added a 3D Ornament and they are from Michaels.

For these I made Coffin candy holders using the Martha Stewart pattern from her site and then I just lined the inside with a patterend paper from the Halloween collection paper that I got from Michaels and then I found the blood drippy punch at Michaels on sale so I used that to edge that way when the top is closed you see little blood drips coming out of the coffin. Then I just put a 3d puffy sticker on the top of it to give it a little more pop of color and it came out cute! I did have curling ribbon wrapped around it but I wanted to show the insides also so i took it off.  I hope you enjoy :)

Then I placed a piece of pink ribbon between them and put some cute pearls to add a little flare.. Then the butterfly was cut from Wall Decor and More with the Martha Stewart Paper then I put some blue rhinestones down the body to make it sparkle a little more. and
I am also entering this card into the Made It Myself Mondays challenge at You Had Me at Craft.

For this card I used a background that I got at AC Moore in the single paper section..
I used the cartridge Wall Decor and More for the butterfly. I also put some pearl accents on the center of the butterfly to kinda give it a little pop, and the sentiment came from the K Andrews Stamp Collection Amazing You.

Until Next time! <3

Its been a bit...

Its been a while since I posteda card and I apologize. But I have a few cards to post! :)

The first one is another baby card but this one is for a baby girl. Not sure how i feel about this one yet.. but I will let you decide. The baby and gifts were both cut from New Arrival... I used a glitter background from a package of Martha Stewart paper that I got at Michaels and just added a pearl to her little bow and some rolly eyes and a little glitter to the ribbon on the gifts..

This one is a thank you card that I made with Fall in mind.  My favorite season of them all! I cut the thanks from Cuttin' Up and the tree from Wall Decor and More. The paper was a paper that I got at Ac Moore  ..I just loved the the gold foil leaves for the background..
I made this "just because" card to send to Operation Write Home. This was a double sided paper that I got at AC Moore (of course!) and cut it to size then in half to flip over one side so i could have a double pattern card. I also added a cute little green butterfly to add a small pop of color...
